DIMENSIONS
Overall base length is just under 46" (consisting of two boards bolted together). Depth of base is 33" and the highest point would be to top of chimney which measures just under 11" high.

Because of the materials used for this seven roomed bungalow and the way it is constructed, it appears that many did not survive completely intact (well the ones that were actually played with anyway). The plastic doors particularly are quite fragile and the walls too. I can see exactly why......I'm afraid this example too is no exception to the rule and has suffered some play damage. However, for anyone who is a serious collector of Tri-angs or of retro dolls houses, then you won't mind the few tears or few broken doors...and you will simply love this!
Be warned though...it is big and will take up considerable space once erected (please take note of dimensions stated above before ordering!
INTERIOR
The previous owner told me that as a child she found it very annoying having to erect and dismantle this whole bungalow each time she wanted to play with it, as due to it's large size and lack of space in her childhood home, this had to be so.

Consequently some walls have suffered a little but could easily be mended (if you wished) with tape. She and I have left it well alone meanwhile. Also, due to normal play, some of the pegs on the plastic doors have snapped off and doorways come adrift so they do not stay in place (very similar to the Jenny's Home doors). However they are all still present so can be propped/slipped into place witha little gentle manipulation.
You will see in the living room that there is a bulb either side of the chimney plus I understand originally batteries would have been housed inside the chimney however these no longer work.
EXTERIOR
The base and structure is joined together by screws, bolts and wing-nuts, all contained in the original bag. The original plan with details for construction is still present and included. Each wall slides into place via a wooden grooved joint, however some of the boards are beginning to curl from use over the years, so may need a little attention...but nothing too serious.
The delightful wooden & plastic pond is loose and can be placed where you wish.
To the left is a car port area, perfect for your 1960s car!

At the rear, there are windows into each room plus a back door from the lounge which is missing from the photo due to the nib of the door being broken, however, the door is present can can be slotted into place....maybe with the aid of a little gripwax or blutac.
