 Your order will be despatched once cheque has cleared.

Payment by cheque needs to reach us within 14 days of order confirmation.

PAY ONLINE BY CREDIT/DEBIT CARD USING OUR GOOGLE CHECKOUT SERVICE

Please Note: I have recently been informed that Google will no longer accept Maestro cards. Therefore, remaining cards accepted by Google Checkout are as follows: Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard & Solo. I apologise for any disappointment caused to customers with Maestro , but unfortunately this is out of my control.  

A Google Invoice will be emailed to you once you have agreed to the order, then simply follow the online instructions, this is a secure payment method. You can pay by credit card or debit card -  (Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard, & Solo). For a first time user you need to think of a password, (keep this safely for future orders).

Once confirmation of payment is received from Google (this can take from approx. 10mins to 2 hours) we will then email you confirmation of despatch date, which should be the next working day or an alternative day to be arranged by mutual agreement.

Payment by using the Google Online Service needs to be completed within 3 days of receipt of Google Invoice. Non receipt of payment after this time will result in the reserve being removed and item/s placed back up for sale.

For Overseas Customers

Please Note that we are a UK based company.

We would be grateful if you could state clearly which country you require the parcel to be despatched to when ordering, so that we can give you an accurate cost of postage. Email your order to us in the first instance, then we can check for availability then give you the full price of your order including postage.

For European Customers, if you did not wish to pay online then you can pay directly into our bank account, we will forward our bank information including our IBAN details.

Postal Costs & Information

All UK items over £36.00 in value will generally be sent by Special Delivery Next Day Service so that each parcel can be track & traced plus insured as a safeguard for both customers & KT Miniatures alike.

(NB. Sorry this is an expensive service however we have had some serious damage and loss concerning parcels despatched with the Royal Mail in recent times so now this is the service that we use for valuable items, as in our experience other cheaper Royal Mail methods have been ineffective).

Parcels under the value of £36.00 may be sent either by Recorded Delivery First Class Method or Special Delivery.

Items that can be sent in an ordinary envelope will be sent by First Class postage (a Proof of Posting will be obtained on despatch) if value is under £10. For items over £10.00 then the Recorded Delivery First Class service will be used - approx. £1.85 for very light items, £2.37 for general small parcels.

Minimum Special Delivery  starts @ £4.90 however each parcel will be priced according to it's weight ( generally parcels on the whole are priced between £4.90 & £6.50).

Please Note: The post office will not guarantee parcels sent on Friday for Saturday delivery but will inform us that Monday will be the guaranteed day, however they often do arrive on Saturday.

Very large or heavy items such as dolls houses and room boxes may be despatched by Parcel Force or other courier, however we usually advise you to collect antique dolls houses and room boxes in person where possible, due to the extreme fragility of the items. When ordering dolls houses/room boxes, please enquire about the alternative otpions if you cannot arrange local pick up.

Recycled Packaging

Wherever possible, we use recycled packaging so we only charge you for your postage, unless it is a large dolls house etc.  This way, not only is it helping to keep the costs down for you but we are helping the environment too!

So don't be surprised if your parcel comes in a shoe box, a box that once held a kettle, ornament, washing powder etc.

Returns & Cancellation Policy

You have a right to return the goods within 7 days of receipt. If you wish to do so, you will need to provide proof of purchase and return goods in perfect condition in original packaging. Please contact us by email/ phone to arrange return of goods. We request that goods are returned by Recorded Delivery, at the expense of you the customer. Goods are deemed your legal property until we have given proper legal recognition of their return. Once we have received the goods by Recorded Delivery method we will refund the cost of the returned items minus the postage.  (Sorry but we cannot be responsible for any returned goods lost/damaged in the post. If this happens then you will need to take up the case yourself with the Royal Mail)

Return of Damaged Goods

If goods arrive damaged to you, please notify us immediately on receipt, and return goods within 7 days of receipt by Recorded Delivery method. In these circumstances we will of course refund monies in full including all postage costs. We require proof of payment to arrange any refunds, therefore please keep any receipts. Goods are deemed your legal property until we have given proper legal recognition of their return.

KT Miniatures Delivery Policy

We aim to despatch orders by the next working day (after monies have been cleared), usually by a signed for and insured service eg.Special Delivery (see Postage Costs etc. section above for full information), at the expense of the customer. For overseas customers this will usually be by Royal Mail International Signed For service.
