It must have been erected briefly once in it's long life as the tiny tabs that insert into slots to construct this, have been used but are all there. Plus the roof and chimney have obviously been bent into shape once upon a time, then flattened again in order to put back into this box. It comes packed flat in its original box complete with assembly instructions.
The lithographic images and colours are truly vibrant and this house has been well looked after, probably due to having been kept in the box for a long time. It consists of nine separate pieces - all present and correct, as seen below.

As you can see from the photos, the lithographic images are wonderful and so evocative of the era in decor and design.
This whole house is in a remarkably good condition, so too the box.
To give an indication of size, the frontage measures approx 16" wide so quite compact. 1/16th scale dolls house furniture should suit this little house.
