1930s "Modlet" Metal Settee & Armchair (some damage) @ £10.50SOLD

Here is a very old metal settee and armchair made by Modlet. Both are in a worn condition plus the armchair has a hole in the seat however this could easily be hidden by a cushion or seated doll! These do not come along very often and the design is totally evocative of the era. Is marked MODLET BRITISH on the back of the armchair.

Lovely items!

For indication of size, the settee measures 2 3/4" long x 1 3/8" deep x 1 1/2" high.

c1930s German Piano & Chair@ £7.50

This is an unusual and delightful little wooden piano and chair, with a matching painted bold and colourful design on each.

Piano measures 1 1/4" high x 2" wide

Chair measures back height 1just a bit more than 1 3/4" x seat height 3/4" x width 1".

c1930s German Table & Two Chairs @ £7.50

This is a reddish stained wooden table and chair set, quite crudely made but would look lovely in a little 1/24th scale dolls house. The chairs have a piece of material fixed to each seat however on one seat it is beginning to curl a little at one edge. Also it looks like these chairs have been glued to either a card backing or to a wall....as there are remnants of paper on the back. With a little effort this could be scraped off if you wanted. However the price does reflect this.

Table measures 2 1/4" long x 1 1/4" deep x 1 1/4" high

Chair measures - back height 2" x seat height 7/8" x width 1 1/8"

BEDROOM

1920s/30s Cream Painted Wardrobe @ £8.95SOLD

This very old tiny cream painted wardrobe measures 2 1/4" at widest point x just over 1" deep x just over 3" high. The half mirrored door opens. Overall this is in a good played with condition, showing a little wear to the paintwork and slight tarnishing to mirror. Maker unknown but possible German.

Here is a sweet little old wooden bedroom set, believed to be German, consisting of a wardrobe with opening mirrored door, bed and cupboard. They are all quite crudely made it has to be said and in a well played with condition. The cupboard has no back plus has lost it's handle. But if you have a little 1/24th scale house and need to furnish it, then this is an ideal little set.

Wardrobe measures 2 1/4" high x 1 5/8" wide

Bed measures 2 1/8" long x 1 3/8" wide

Cupboard measures1 3/4" wide x 1 1/2" high x 1" deep
