This is an open plan wooden dolls house with steps at the side of the house leading onto a rather delightful roof terrace. The frontage of the upper floors are curved and edged with a metal strip which adds to the character.

The terrace floor is covered in a "marble" effect paper. Up on the terrace there is a single plug in socket but no lamp. The batteries are tucked away to the right hand side, under the stairs, via a lift up lid.
(Sorry, please note that the terrace table and plant is NOT included in this sale)

The previous owner informed me that she bought this house some while ago in Germany from an antique dealer and understood it is a vintage 1950s commercially built German dolls house but manufacturer is unknown. It is solid, extremely well made and in excellent condition. The one window situated in the lounge, is made of glass.

Main Bedroom
Second Bedroom
Lounge
The two bedrooms and lounge are carpeted. There is also a sweet little picture on the wall however this is more modern, with a plastic frame.
Kitchen
The kitchen has the most wonderful red "lino" effect floor.
All wallpaper I am told is the original. There are two boldly patterned sets of curtains, which are unlikely to be original.
Each room has a fabulous central lampshade plus the lounge has an additional wall lamp. Each lamp has a green light switch to activate.
However PLEASE NOTE, that the lights do not work and will need attention.
